AFT ist weltweiter Premiumlieferant für Rotoren und bietet Ersatzrotoren für nahezu alle Marken und Modelle.

AFT hat drei Rotortypen im Programm: der GHC™ Rotor, zertifizierter EnergySmart®, ist ein geschlossenes Rotordesign, speziell für OCC und Kraftpapier-Anwendungsfälle konzipiert. Der EP™ Stufenrotor kombiniert die ideale Form mit minimalem Energieverbrauch, bei hoher Leistung, speziell in Deink und TMP Anwendungen. AFT RP™ Rotoren sind Ersatzrotoren, entwickelt als absolut identisches Tauschprodukt von original installiertem Equipment.

GHC™ Rotor

For OCC and kraft applications

The AFT GHC™ Rotor is a closed rotor design, well suited for OCC and kraft applications. The spiral elements of AFT GHC™ rotors direct energy to the reject end of the screening zone – where blockages and runnability problems begin, and where rotor energy serves to avert them.

GHCb™

Rotor for filtration applications

Is designed for fiber recovery applications. Its streamlined elements create a stronger negative pulse than the standard "bump" rotor, and thus permit consequent reductions in rotor speed and power consumption. The strong negative pulse does not, however, compromise the filtration efficiency of the screen. Typical fiber recovery applications for the AFT GHCb™ rotor are in black liquor filtration (kraft mills) and in white water fiber recovery in the short circulation system of paper machines.

SPx™ Screen Rotor

Rotor for the most demanding applications

The AFT SPx™ Screen Rotor is designed for fiber recovery applications. Its streamlined elements create a stronger negative pulse than the standard "bump" rotor, and thus permit consequent reductions in rotor speed and power consumption. The strong negative pulse does not, however, compromise the “filtration efficiency” of the screen.

EP™ Rotor

Foil rotor for deink and mechanical pulping applications

The AFT EP™ foil-type rotor performs well – especially in deink and TMP applications. The thin-foil design provides an ideal pulse form with minimum power consumption. Further, the design of the AFT EP™ rotor foil eliminates the positive pressure pulse — a pulse associated with the extrusion of sensitive debris such as stickies through pulp screen apertures.

Mechanische Dienstleistungen

Anlagen Audits

AFT evaluiert die mechanischen Gegebenheiten der bestehenden Sortiereranlagen und liefert detaillierte Messergebnisse. Die Evaluierung beinhaltet die Inspektion der Sortierergehäuse, Zylinder und Rotoren, sowie die Bestimmung von Abnutzungsraten durch Analyseverfahren.

Nachchromierung

Die Lebensdauer eines Zylinders kann durch Nachchromierung verlängert werden - ein Prozess der die Entfernung des alten Chroms vor Anwendung der neuen Chromierung einschließt. Dies kann mehrere Male, abhängig vom jeweiligen Zylinder, durchgeführt werden. Ein mechanisches Audit von AFT ist der einfachste Weg um den besten Zeitpunkt der Nachchromierung zu bestimmen. Zylinder von Sortiereranlagen müssen ausgetauscht werden bevor der Verschleiß das Basismaterial erreicht.
