UTG Universaltechnik Maier Industrieanlagenbau GmbH is an independent company working in planning and project processing, whose focus lies in paper, pulp, pharmaceutical, chemical and metallurgical plant construction. The company was founded in 1989 in its present form as a limited liability company. All partners are actively involved in the company.

Apart from the head office in Graz (Austria) UTG is represented by an external office in Kundl (Austria) and a subsidiary, UTG Anlagentechnik GmbH in Frankfurt am Main (Germany).

Flowtec works closely and very successfully together with UTG in the areas of engineering and plant and energy improvements.
