Cleaner Plants
For heavy and light rejects in waste paper and pulp applications. For inlet consistencies up to 2%. For fibre recovery and as high density cleaners.
Cleanvac Deaeration System
The Cleanvac Deaeration System ahead of the paper machine is designed to remove any entrained air in the stock. It consists of the deaeration vessel, pre-condenser, vacuum pumps, and instrumentation.
Filler Recovery Units
Atrex CPS for economical re-use of fillers from end stage rejects.
Refiner
Double disc refiners for low consistency applications, refiner retrofits for energy savings and quality improvements. Refiner plates to all major low consistency refiner manufacturers.
Disc Filters
For fiber recovery and thickening. Disc filter rebuildings for capacity increase and quality increase.
Gravity Deckers
GL&V open cylinder gravity deckers are used in dewatering pulp, for example, in broke thickening or recycle pulp thickening.
Screening
Print sorter for accumulated substance applications, ultra fine sorter, multi-rotor sorter and rough particle sorter as a protective sorter of refiners
Bow Screens
Pressure and gravitation curved screens for thickening and sorting.
Auflösesysteme
Neues Auflösesystem für schwer auflösbare Altpapiersorten mit hohen bis höchsten Rejektanteilen (OCC, AOCC, MW, Tetrapack,...). Die Grobsorierung kann in vielen Fällen eingespart werden.
Feinsortierung
Einfach geniale Ein- und Mehrstufensortierer mit innovativer Rotorkonstruktion. Geringer Energieverbrauch und kleiner Eindickfaktor sind die wesentlichen Vorteile.
Rejektpumpe (geringe Rejektraten)
In den konventionellen Systemen ist die Behandlung von kleinen Strömungen wegen der Verstopfungsgefahr sehr problematisch gewesen. Jetzt steht eine neue technische Lösung zur Verfügung.
