CeraValve ceramic lined sliding disc valve
Cera Valve offers wear and corrosion-resistant sliding disc valves for on/off and control functions.
The medium flows exclusively in ceramic with this design. It is therefore suitable for highly corrosive media.
Other advantages: very good control of small amounts of media containing solids and completely cavity free.
A large selection of ceramic materials allows for solutions for almost all industrial sectors.
Special adaptations and special applications are also solved in close cooperation with our customers.
The ceramic lined sliding disc valve is used in waste incineration plants:
– Dosing of HCI washing water (pre-washer)
– Dosing of limewash to the absorber (pH regulation, desulfurisation)
and in the chemical industry as an – Alternative to PTFE / PFA lined valves if a medium is abrasive and / or prone to diffusion.
– Alternative to valves made of special materials. (e.g. Hastelloy, titanium, etc.)
CeraValve partially ceramic lined ball valve
The ball valve BR 26 CERA is a stainless steel ball valve for on/off functions only with ceramic seats and a ceramic ball for use in less abrasive and low corrosive applications.
The basic principle is based on the “floating ball” design. The seats are pressed against the ball by O-rings. This valve can be supplied with a manual handle with a pneumatic or electric actuator.
Compact ball valve, soft seated
Due to its compact design, the compact Adler ball valve (Type FA1/FB1/FC1/FA2/FB2/FC2) is a space-saving variant of the flanged way ball valves.
The valve is made of steel or stainless steel and can be produced as a wafer or flanged ball valve. Depending on the type, the valve is made of cast or solid material.
The compact Adler ball valve is used in all industries.
Diaphragm valve
DIN on/off and control globe valve, forged with gland seal or bellows seal
“The Wakmet metal seated (Type 218 / 218R / 218M / 412 / 422 / 412M / 422M / 530 / 530M / 648M / 649M) globe and regualting valves made of forged steel with a gland or bellows seal, have a one-piece housing and are available with or without a control cone.
The monolithic design allows 100% tightness in both flow directions. The valves are mainly used in the energy sector as well as in various areas in the pulp and paper industry.

DIN strainer
“The flanged strainers FP 110, 210, 220, 230 are pipe elements to clean mechanical impurities out of the medium.
The strainers excel with a robust body construction made of stainless steel and the possibility to clean the media without having to dismantle the bonnet.
The LDV Valves DIN strainer valves are designed with an angle seat and a flange connection.
The strainer valves are available in different mesh sizes and lengths according to DIN 558-1 GR 1.
Depending on the type, different housing materials are available such as GG25, GGG40, 1.0619, 1.4581 and others are available on request. The strainer material is stainless steel.
ATEX, TA-Luft certificates as well as oil and grease-free versions are available on request.”
