    The ChemValve Schmid dual plate check valve has an eccentric disc and a wafer design.
    The flow-friendly design reduces the pressure loss in the system and therefore the energy requirements of the plant.

    Another advantage of this valve is that no gland is required due to the design and so it is impossible for the medium to escape.

    The dual plate check valve is used in all industrial processes involving liquids, gases or steam.

    The flow-optimised ChemValve-Schmid check valve increases energy efficiency, reduces pressure loss and lowers operating costs. Furthermore, the seated valve body prevents the valve from tilting and therefore increases the service life of the valve. The valve is highly sensitive to changes in flow due to its special design, which in turn has a positive effect on hydraulic shocks. Installation is simplified for all common international flange types due to the housing design.
