Uni-directional high performance knife gate valve
“The knife gate valve type HK from Orbinox is a uni-directional wafer valve for general industrial applications. The gate valve can be used for consistencies up to 5%.
The design of the housing and seat ensures blockage-free shut-off when using fibrous media and media containing solids in many industrial sectors.
The cast sealing ring system (type K) improves the tightness and makes it easier to change seals.”
Uni-directional knife gate valve
“The standard knife gate valve type EX from Orbinox is a uni-directional wafer valve. It is suitable for general industrial applications.
The design of the housing and seat ensures blockage-free shut-off when using suspended solids in many industrial sectors.”
4-offset-eccentric metal seated high performance Quadax butterfly valve
“Thanks to its four offset eccentric design and state-of-the-art manufacturing technology, the Quadax valve meets the highest tightness requirements in 100% of cases.
Due to the innovative design principle, even extreme temperatures ranging from –270°C to 800°C are not a problem.
The output cone used on the butterfly is elliptical. The section under a particular angle results in a circular and therefore larger sealing area. As a result, the four offset eccentric high-performance valve is friction-free, has higher Kv values and with absolute tightness.
Available in double flange, lug type, butt weld, gate valve replacement and top entry”
Analog positioner
The V200 is an analogue and electrpneumatic positioner for mounting on pneumatic linear and part-turn actuators. It is characterised by a compact, robust modular design and an excellent price-performance ratio.
The adjustment to the actuator is carried out by means of cam discs and mechanical screws, so that simple adjustments are possible and good control behaviour can be achieved.
