CeraValve partially ceramic lined ball valve

    Type Type BR26 (Cera System)
    Pressure: PN 10 / 16
    Nominal size: DN 15 - 100

The ball valve BR 26 CERA is a stainless steel ball valve for on/off functions only with ceramic seats and a ceramic ball for use in less abrasive and low corrosive applications.

The basic principle is based on the “floating ball” design. The seats are pressed against the ball by O-rings. This valve can be supplied with a manual handle with a pneumatic or electric actuator.

    Compact ball valve, soft seated

    Type FA1 / FA2 / FB1 / FB2 / FC1 / FC2 (Adler)
    Pressure: 10 - 160 / 150 - 1500
    Nominal size: 10 - 250

Due to its compact design, the compact Adler ball valve (Type FA1/FB1/FC1/FA2/FB2/FC2) is a space-saving variant of the flanged way ball valves.

The valve is made of steel or stainless steel and can be produced as a wafer or flanged ball valve. Depending on the type, the valve is made of cast or solid material.

The compact Adler ball valve is used in all industries.

DIN flanged ball valve, semi trunnion, long/short pattern series

    Type 1516 / 1540 / 1316 / 1340 (JC Valves)
    Pressure: 40bar
    Nominal size: 200 - 300

“The JC Valves type 1516 / 1540 / 1316 and 1340 are flanged ball valves according to DIN with a trunnion bearing in long or short pattern.

This type is used when a floating ball valve reaches its limits, but a trunnion ball valve is not necessary. This variant is therefore a version that combines the advantages of the floating ball valve and those of the trunnion ball valve and fills the gap between the two.

It is important to note that the seat in these models is not live loaded and is therefore not innately pressed onto the ball.

The standard version of the DIN flanged ball valve with a trunnion mounted ball includes a anti-blow out stem, an antistatic device, a pressure balancing cavity hole and a “”live loaded”” packing.

The large variety of materials opens up a wide range of applications for this series.
With a wide range of approvals (Fire Safe, Fugitive Emission, ATEX, TRCU, CRN, SIL 3), it can be used in virtually all industries. “

DIN gate valve, small body metal seat

    (BFE Bonney Forge)
    Pressure: 40
    Nominal size: 15 - 50

The BFE (Bonney Forge) metal seated, small shut-off gate valve has an outside screwed rising stem, solid wedge and flange connection.

The gate valves are forged and used for non-aggressive liquids, steam and gas.

DIN on/off and control globe valve

    (LDM Valves)
    Pressure: PN16-PN40
    Nominal size: DN15 - DN400

“Shut-off control valve with a pressure balanced cone (from DN200), linear flow characteristics and a position indicator.

Available with a gland seal or bellows seal.
The valve can optionally be designed with a control cone or without oil and grease.
    For nominal diameters from DN15 – DN400.
Can be used in temperature ranges of -60°C to +550°C depending on the choice of material. “

DIN on/off and control globe valve, forged with gland seal or bellows seal

    Type 218 / 218R / 218M / 412 / 422 / 412M / 422M / 530 / 530M / 648M / 649M (Wakmet)
    Pressure: 40 / 63 / 100 / 160 / 250 / 320
    Nominal size: 15 - 300

    “The Wakmet metal seated (Type 218 / 218R / 218M / 412 / 422 / 412M / 422M / 530 / 530M / 648M / 649M) globe and regualting valves made of forged steel with a gland or bellows seal, have a one-piece housing and are available with or without a control cone.

The monolithic design allows 100% tightness in both flow directions. The valves are mainly used in the energy sector as well as in various areas in the pulp and paper industry.
