    Dual plate check valve

    Type DDC (ChemValve-Schmid)
    Pressure: 40
    Nominal size: 50 - 1000

The ChemValve Schmid dual plate check valve has an eccentric disc and a wafer design.
The flow-friendly design reduces the pressure loss in the system and therefore the energy requirements of the plant.

Another advantage of this valve is that no gland is required due to the design and so it is impossible for the medium to escape.

The dual plate check valve is used in all industrial processes involving liquids, gases or steam.

    Nozzle check valve streamLiner

    Type CSL streamLiner (ChemValve-Schmid)
    Pressure: 52 / 160
    Nominal size: 15 - 300

The flow-optimised ChemValve-Schmid check valve increases energy efficiency, reduces pressure loss and lowers operating costs.

Furthermore, the seated valve body prevents the valve from tilting and therefore increases the service life of the valve.

The valve is highly sensitive to changes in flow due to its special design, which in turn has a positive effect on hydraulic shocks.

Installation is simplified for all common international flange types due to the housing design.

ANSI cast trunnion design, flanged ball valve, soft/metal seated

    Type 2515 / 2530 (JC Valves)
    Pressure: 50bar
    Nominal size: 2" - 16"

“The JC Valves ball valve type 2515 and 2530 are flanged cast trunnion ball valves according to ANSI Class 150 or 300 respectively. They can be designed as both soft and metal seated valves. A large selection of materials makes the ball valve even more flexible.

The standard version of the ball valve includes a anti-blow out stem, an antistatic device, a pressure balancing cavity hole and a “”live loaded”” packing.

With a wide range of approvals (Fire Safe, Fugitive Emission, ATEX, TRCU, CRN, SIL 3, and many others), it can be used in virtually all industries. “

    ANSI gate valve

    Type VC150BB / VC300BB / VC600BB / VC900BB / VC1500BB / VC2500BB / VC900PS / VC1500PS / VC2500PS (JC Valves)
    Pressure: 10 - 172bar
    Nominal size: 2" - 36"

“The JC Valves gate valves are designed with either a bolted or pressure seal bonnetand a flexible wedge. The valve can be produced with nominal diameters greater than 2 1/2”.

The valve is designed with an outside screwed stem and according to ANSI.

This gate valve is mainly used in the oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, energy and mining industries.”

    ANSI gate valve, forged design

    Type VC150BB / VC300BB / VC600BB / VC900BB / VC1500BB / VC2500BB / VC900PS / VC1500PS / VC2500PS (JC Valves)
    Pressure: 10 - 172bar
    Nominal size: 2" - 36"

“The JC Valves gate valves are designed with either a bolted or pressure seal bonnet and a flexible wedge. The valve can be produced with nominal diameters greater than 2 1/2”. The valve is designed with an outside screwed stem and according to ANSI.

The JC Valves ANSI gate valves are mainly used in the oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, energy and mining industries.”

ANSI on/off and control valve (gland seal / bellows seal)

    Type VG150BB / VG300BB / VG600BB / VG900BB / VG1500BB / VG2500BB / VG900PS / VG1500PS / VG2500PS (JC Valves)
    Pressure: 10 - 172bar
    Nominal size: 2" - 16"

“JC Valves shut-off and control globe valves with a gland packing seal are made with either a bolted or pressure seal bonnet. Both variants are designed in such a way that the disc and seat can be replaced.
The valve has an outside screwed stem in according to ANSI.

The shut-off and control globe valves are mainly used in the oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, energy and mining industries.”
