Somas shut-off valves type MTV, MTVF and MTVL are on/off valves and control valves.
These valves are designed to control many different liquids, gases and steam over a wide temperature range.
They are all triple eccentric valves and due to the unique design of the valve disc, a solid stainless steel seat can be used. This solid seat is resistant to high flow velocities and temperatures. This allows us to achieve high functional reliability even in difficult applications.
The MTV valve can be supplied as a wafer type or lug type valve.
The valve type MTVF is a double flanged valve. They are normally supplied with a metal seat.
The TTV centric flanged / double flanged butterfly valve is available in a wide range of materials.
Depending on the application, the seats are available in the most common material EPDM or NBR, but also in different types of silicone, Hypalon, Nordel, Viton and many others.
Suitable for all industries and the most diverse applications due to the different choice of seats.

The CST-K from ChemValve-Schmid is a PTFE lined butterfly valve with a plastic housing. The housing made of Duraplast thermosetting plastic reduces the weight of the valve and therefore provides savings on the pipe construction. Plastic is also more resistant to corrosion than standard housing materials such as cast iron and cast steel.
The PTFE lined butterfly valve with a Duroplast housing is produced to the highest quality standards for the safe handling of aggressive media. Spherical structural elements reduce friction and therefore increase the service life. The PTFE lined butterfly valve is designed for use with highly chemical media and is therefore used in almost all industries.
The throttle valves HRD and HRA are designed as a wafer type valve with a centric valve disc.
Depending on the choice of material, they are designed for operating temperatures up to 1050°C. In the high-temperature version, they have a welded wafer type housing or a one-piece housing.
The throttle valves are suitable for valves according to DIN EN 1092-1 or ASME B16.5 / ASME B16.47, with lengths according to DIN EN 558-1-R20, as well as from DN400 according to the company standard.
The connecting flange is for actuators according to DIN EN ISO 5211.
Testing according to DIN EN 12266.
SIL approval according to ICE 61508 and ICE 61511
Versions:
HRD without seat (leakage approx. 1% of surface equivalent),
HRA metal seated (leakage approx. 0.5% of surface equivalent), HRA with seal ring (leakage approx. 0.3% of surface equivalent),
HRA with metal travel stop ring with seal ring (leakage approx. 0.1% of surface equivalent)
