    3-piece ball valves

    Type KH140 / KH141 / KH142 / KH143 (ICP Valves)
    Pressure: 25 / 63
    Nominal size: 8 - 100

The ICP Valves 3-piece ball valves have a 3-piece nody and are made of stainless steel, in a floating version with a full bore valve design.

    Connections:
    – KH 140: Thread according to DIN 259/2999 (GAS)
    – KH 141: Thread according to ASME B1.20.1 (NPT)
    – KH 142: Socket weld ends according to ASME B16.11 & DIN 3239 part 2
    – KH 143: Butt weld ends according to ASME B16.25 & DIN 3239 part 1
    Marking: CE – PED
    PN63 (up to 2”) / PN25 (2½“-4“)

3-way ball valve, soft seated, compact design

    Type Typ FT4 / FT6 / FZ4 / FZ6 (Adler)
    Pressure: '10 - 64 / 150 - 600
    Nominal size: 8 - 150

Due to its compact design, the Adler 3-way ball valve is a space-saving variant of the flanged 3-way ball valves.

The ball is fully bored and can be designed with an “L” or “T” bore. The valve is made of steel or stainless steel and can be produced as a wafer design ball valve or with female thread.

ANSI cast trunnion design, flanged ball valve, soft/metal seated

    Type 2515 / 2530 (JC Valves)
    Pressure: 50bar
    Nominal size: 2" - 16"

“The JC Valves ball valve type 2515 and 2530 are flanged cast trunnion ball valves according to ANSI Class 150 or 300 respectively. They can be designed as both soft and metal seated valves. A large selection of materials makes the ball valve even more flexible.

The standard version of the ball valve includes a anti-blow out stem, an antistatic device, a pressure balancing cavity hole and a “”live loaded”” packing.

With a wide range of approvals (Fire Safe, Fugitive Emission, ATEX, TRCU, CRN, SIL 3, and many others), it can be used in virtually all industries. “

ANSI double block and bleed ball valve, floating

    (JC Valves)
    Pressure: 10 - 172bar
    Nominal size: 1/2" - 4"

“The JC Valves “double block & bleed” (DBB) valves are designed and produced to provide a reliable alternative to multi-stage shut-off valves.

They reduce the possible leakage points, lower installation and maintenance costs.
Combining all the shut-off and drain components within a valve leads to a significant reduction in weight and piping.

The valves are either available in a flanged or bolted design.”

ANSI flanged ball valve, semi trunnion

    Type 1515 / 1530 (JC Valves)
    Pressure: 50bar
    Nominal size: 8" - 12"

“The JC Valves types 1515 and 1530 are flanged ball valves according to ANSI with a semi-trunnion bearing. It is important to note that the seal is not live loaded and is therefore not innately pressed onto the ball.

This type is used when a floating ball valve reaches its limits, but a trunnion ball valve is not necessary. This variant is therefore a version that combines the advantages of the floating and those of the trunnion ball valve and fills the gap between these two.

The standard version of the ball valve includes a anti-blow out stem, an antistatic device, a pressure balancing cavity hole and a “”live loaded”” packing. With a wide range of approvals (Fire Safe, Fugitive Emission, ATEX, TRCU, CRN, SIL 3), it can be used in virtually all industries. Another advantage is also the availability of a large selection of materials that makes the ball valve even more flexible. “

    Ball valve

    Type SKV / SKVT (Somas)
    Pressure: 40
    Nominal size: 25-500

“Due to the spring-loaded seat construction, Somas ball valves offer good tightness regardless of the differential pressure.

The Somas ball valves type SKV are full bore valves with nominal diameters from DN25 – DN400 and have a floating ball (floating design) with spring-loaded seats.
Ball valves with nominal diameters from DN450 – DN500 have a ball (trunnion mounted) which is guided up and down in bushes and is called a valve type SKVT.
