The butterfly valve is designed for all flammable gases according to EN437 and other neutral gases.
The safety shut-off butterfly valve was developed according to EN161 A (closing time <1 s), approval according to DIN EN IEC 61511, up to and including SIL3.
It consists of a one-piece housing, seals tightly and has a centric valve disc and a leak-proof shaft.
For clamping between flanges according to DIN EN1092-1, length according to DIN EN 558-1-R20.
Leakage rate A according to DIN EN 12266-1, maximum permissible operating pressure 10 bar, from DN350 <1.5 bar

Somas shut-off valves type MTV, MTVF and MTVL are on/off valves and control valves.
These valves are designed to control many different liquids, gases and steam over a wide temperature range.
They are all triple eccentric valves and due to the unique design of the valve disc, a solid stainless steel seat can be used. This solid seat is resistant to high flow velocities and temperatures. This allows us to achieve high functional reliability even in difficult applications.
The MTV valve can be supplied as a wafer type or lug type valve.
The valve type MTVF is a double flanged valve. They are normally supplied with a metal seat.
